Job Vacancy: Continuous Improvement Manager

Based in North Manchester, the company is a major force in retailing and eCommerce fulfilment experiencing sustained growth through development of enhanced service offerings and acquisitions which will further increase the heavy and diverse workload.

They now have a requirement within their supply chain department for a Continuous Improvement Manager to set strategy and lead process initiatives across multiple projects. You will ensure alignment with business unit vision and objectives, and provide coaching and guidance to process improvement teams. Partnering with Process Owners and Champions, you will drive results and assist in project identification / selection, assuming linkage between projects and business / customer priorities.

As a results orientated process change improvement professional, you must have at least 5 years full time experience in a continuous improvement driven environment, ideally manufacturing or supply chain, with Green Belt Certification, Black Belt would be preferred. With technical competency in Six Sigma skills, Lean and Process management, change management and advanced statistical techniques, you will have a record of delivering significant operational improvement and financial benefits. With excellent leadership and presentational skills, you will be experienced in coaching and delivering training at all levels
