Job Vacancy: Logistics Business Analyst

This major manufacturer and distributor of market leading equipment, continues to grow and adapt to ever changing market trends. Their reputation is based on a competitive edge provided by the quality and responsiveness of their logistics operation in servicing their varied and expanding customer base.

They now have a requirement for a commercially minded Business Analyst to work in their busy logistics function to support the management team utilising systems and data to help improve decision-making within a programme of continuous business improvement. This will entail the provision and analysis of a range of KPI's, weekly P&L's, ad hoc projects and performance reports for senior management identifying trends, root causes and solutions for corrective action / process improvements.

Of graduate calibre and ideally CIMA qualified, you will have had experience in the implementation and compilation of management reporting information within a transport/logistics related sector. A self starter with strong analytical and financial skills, you will have developed effective communication and influencing skills to gain support of colleagues across the business.
